Dogal Venezia, here's what we uncork when we finish the year Smokeheads!

Every Year, at the Meat Lab Anniversary, the scene is always the same: one hand greased from our briskets, the other one who grabs the cork. Simeone and Jiuliana with raised cups. A toast shouted over the sound of the grill: "Another year of sandwiches and ribs!"
In the cup? Dogal, obviousloy. because if there's a wine that can fill the void of thirst while enjoying a smoked BBQ and the emotions of the end of the shift… it's this one.
Dogal Venezia, has high standars: it aspires to become a luxury sparkling wine, one of the true ones, without strings attached. It's not a coincidence their name reminds you of Doge, because if we have to make a taste, we make it how it's suposed to be made to the Serenissima.
Behind the brand there's a clear objective: to take the best of the sparkling traditions and place it a jewel of a bottle that looks like it came out of queen palace and make it tasty, with style and hand crafted.
Our favourites?
✨ Grand Rosé Brut – Raboso and Merlot in a blend that tastes like a celebration, with aromas of red fruits, candy and currants that flirt with brisket as if they had always known each other.
🍾 Metodo Classico Blanc de Blancs – fine perlage, citrus fruits, brioche and that creaminess that elegantly extinguishes any spiciness.
🎉 Grande Cuvée Lux – Perfect for an aperitif, but also to accompany the entire gastronomic journey of a true smoker.
Each bottle has an story to tell, like each bite of our sandwiches. Luxurious design, sparkling bubbles and a unique taste: a single sip and you find yourself between Murano and Champagne, with your fingers still greased with sauce.
Dogal is not only a wine: It's a Venetian contemporary idea, beautiful, cultured and a little cheeky. Just like us.
